Master Vehicle Technician - Crawley
Monday - Friday 8.00 - 5.00pm, 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
Salary: Up to £43,20 basic OTE £60,720

We are recruiting for a fully qualified Master Technician in the Crawley area. My client is one of the largest and most trusted automotive retailers in the UK. They have a large team working across all areas of the business. The roles vary from dealership to head office.

Master Technician role:
- Your remit will include all levels of technical works from servicing to major engine work and diagnostics.
- You will be carrying out checks and maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Advising other technicians on problems they are struggling with. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of Apprentice Technicians.
- You will be expected to liaise with Service Advisors, customers, and Senior Management
- The right individual must be confident and professional in their approach while being someone who can be efficient and always first-time fix.
Master Technician Requirement:
- Qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or/and NVQ Level 3.
- MOT licence desirable but not essential.
- Brand Accreditation
- Full UK driving licence.
