Temporary Junior Accounts Payable Analyst - £23,000 - £29,000 – (hybrid working) Maidenhead, Berkshire

Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the AP Manager of a global technology company, who is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst on a contract basis for 12 months.

This role will sit in the AP team consisting of 5 people as well as supporting the wider Finance team.

About Your New Role:

  • Ensure smooth processing of AP transactions and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Invoice processing – processing of multicurrency supplier invoicing across EMEA entities.
  • Payment processing, maintaining payment schedules and deadlines.
  • Manage all AP mailboxes and communicate with suppliers regarding any payment queries.
  • Reconciliations – reconcile AP ledger to supplier statements, investigate and sort out any discrepancies, etc.
  • Support with the weekly AP reports.
  • Assist with month-end close and prepare accruals.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Some experience working in Accounts Payable.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and spreadsheets and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Experience working withing fast paced, high volume environments.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Having a proactive, energetic, and driven approach is key.
