Information Collection and Analysis:

Gather and compile data from various sources to support procurement transformation projects.

Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

Support Project Management:

Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules under the guidance of the Procurement Project Lead.

Track project progress and update project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Process Mapping and Documentation:

Help create detailed process maps of current ("as-is") procurement processes.

Document process changes and improvements to provide clear guidance for implementation.

Communication and Coordination:

Facilitate communication between the procurement team, stakeholders, and suppliers to gather necessary information and feedback.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes to ensure effective communication and follow-up on action items.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain organized records of project-related data and documentation.

Prepare reports and presentations to summarize findings, project status, and recommendations for senior management.

Support Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and issues related to project tasks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Profile
- Proven experience in supporting business-critical and time-sensitive projects, preferably in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
