The person appointed will be able to contribute to the teaching programme delivering the subject
1. Skills development within a workshop environment.
2. Support candidates to achieve their qualifications.
3. Provide feedback on progress
4. Guide and coach the candidates
5. Assessment of competence to national standards.
Instructor Technicians are not expected to teach in the classroom the role is purely Ptractical Workshop Excercises
