Housing Support Concierge Temporary £16.50 Umbrella Manchester
We are currently working on behalf of a charitable organisation, who are recruiting on a temporary basis for a Housing Support Concierge to deliver a high quality "waking out-of-hours" caretaking service in Manchester.
Responsibilities of the Housing Support Concierge includes:
- Manage any ASB cases
- Utilise CCTV to monitor the security of the building
- Respond to emergency situations
- Make regular visual inspections to communal areas
- Assist with the reduction of noise or disturbance
- Report any witnessed criminal activity to Police
- Respond to internal security and fire alarms
Essential criteria of the Housing Support Concierge includes:
- Enhanced DBS
- Full UK Driving Licence and business insurance
