We have a great opportunity for an experienced CRM Analyst / CRM Manager,with knowledge and experience of Peppermint / MS Dynamics, to join a leading City law firm on a 12 month FTC.

Working collaboratively with the Head of Digital Marketing, Co-CMO's and other key stakeholders, the CRM Manager will supervise the implementation, maintenance and best practice use of the firm's CRM system, as well as optimising the use of LI Sales Navigator licences to maintain data quality in the CRM.

This is a hand-on role where you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring data quality as well as analysing and resolving CRM program issues.

In a nutshell: We're looking for a highly experienced MS Dynamics user (experience with Peppermint is advantageous), with proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of CRM software solutions, and strong knowledge of data management.

Key responsibilities as the CRM Manager will include:

  • Working with the wider BD team to ensure data integrity and operational processes supported by the CRM
  • Working with the digital team, Implementing and maintaining marketing analytics dashboards and on-going activity reporting
  • Investigating and fixing fields that have become outdated
  • Working with the development team to design and implement the roadmap of improvements
  • Working withe end-users and developers to define and evolve the backlog of functionality requests
  • Gathering, analysing and defining end-user requirements for CRM data access and usability
  • Supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy
  • Collaborating with analysts, developed and system owners in the testing of the new CRM programs and applications
  • Conducting research on new and emerging CRM technologies

What we're looking for:

  • Extensive CRM system experience in a professional services environment (law firm is desirable)
  • MS Dynamics knowledge and hands-on experience is essential (Peppermint is advantageous)
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of CRM software solutions
  • Hands-on experience with automated software management tools
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of data management including data capture, warehousing, segmentation, mining, storing, cleansing and security
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability liaise at all levels (spoken and written)
  • Highly organised, proactive self-starter
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Available imminently and able to commit to a 12 month FTC
