Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator
Salary: Circa £30,000
Location: Ascot
Responsibilities:
- Create marketing content to share across varied platforms and avenues
- Share engaging social media posts and interact with followers
- Update the website with cohesive marketing
- Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and posters
- Set up email marketing campaigns to inform subscribers of upcoming events
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of attendees and donations using the CRM system
- Distribute communications materials internally and externally
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and budget tracking
Skills and experience:
- A creative and engaging individual who can bring fresh ideas
- A marketing/ communications related degree
- Proven experience of systems such as Mailchimp, Canva, Premier Pro
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive team player, with a can-do attitude
