Marketing and Events Coordinator

We are looking for an engaging and creative individual to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of exciting campaign projects and social media initiatives. If you have a hands-on approach and strong organisational skills, please read on!

Title: Marketing and Events Coordinator

Salary: Circa £30,000

Location: Ascot

Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing content to share across varied platforms and avenues
  • Share engaging social media posts and interact with followers
  • Update the website with cohesive marketing
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and posters
  • Set up email marketing campaigns to inform subscribers of upcoming events
  • Support the planning and execution of fundraising events and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of attendees and donations using the CRM system
  • Distribute communications materials internally and externally
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and budget tracking

Skills and experience:

  • A creative and engaging individual who can bring fresh ideas
  • A marketing/ communications related degree
  • Proven experience of systems such as Mailchimp, Canva, Premier Pro
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A positive team player, with a can-do attitude
