Your duties as an administrator will include:-
- Updating CRM system
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Processing payments and renewals
- Senior management diary and email support
- Preparing customer information packs
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assist with meeting preparation
As an administrator you should have:
- Previous admin experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Be organised with excellent customer service skills
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.45 to 5pm and Friday 8.45 to 4.30pm
