Description

  • Manage daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain employee records
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Handle office maintenance and facility management matters
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
  • Monitor office expenses and negotiate contracts with vendors

Profile

A successful HR & Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and employment laws (desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer
