Responsibilities
- Respond to guest enquiries, queries, and questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the daily calendar with new bookings. Check pricing & report any discrepancies
- Prepare a maintenance checklist/property info pack for on-call maintenance team.
- Carry out property visits & checks as and when required/in
- Book in appointments for new listings.
- Assist with the growth of the business, look at growing the property portfolio and become a vital part of the core team
Role requirements
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks
- Experienced with offering the highest level of service to customer and colleagues
- Team player with the ability to work independently also
- Self-motivated Driven and enthusiastic
- Educated to GCSE level with passes in Maths and English or similar level
