Are you a meticulous and proactive credit controller looking for a part-time role? This Exeter based business is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join their Finance Department on a part time basis of 24 hours per week.
Position: Credit Controller
Location: Exeter Outskirts
Hours: Part-Time, 24 hours per week
Salary: £26000 - £29000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely payment of sales invoices through effective communication with customers and maintain accurate records.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer, identifying changes in payment patterns
- Handle disputed invoices to secure payments within agreed terms.
- Reconcile accounts and keep sales ledger data up to date.
- Collaborate with senior management on formal collection processes, including legal proceedings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a credit control role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
