About You
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager at Citadel Source, expectations will be high, but the rewards on offer are exceptional. The Role
As a dual-desk qualified finance recruiter, this role will form an integral part of our company's growth and development within our Qualified/Senior Finance arm of the business. Covering all levels of finance from newly qualified to post-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), on both an interim and permanent basis.
Joining at an exciting time as we continue to develop in line with our five-year plan, the successful consultant will inherit an established portfolio of business and have the opportunity to leverage Citadel Source's extensive networks to become one of the leading recruitment consultants in the region.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Developing and implementing a business development strategy, identifying prospective partners, bringing new business to Citadel Source, and managing ongoing client relationships.
- Building and maintaining relationships, both online and in person, to develop longstanding networks.
- End-to-end management of assignments, from briefing to delivering successful placements and providing aftercare.
- Continuously identifying and managing top-tier candidates to support their job search and matching them to our open roles.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting, coaching, and mentoring the wider team.
