Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with United Utilities to recruit a Fleet Administrator on a 6 month contract. The post-holder will help to manage, support and maintain our various fleet databases, as well as carry out tasks such as scheduling vehicles for maintenance and ordering fuel cards.
Role Information
- 6 month contract with potential to extend
- £13.57 per hour pay rate
- Site based - Langley Mere, Warrington
Job Accountabilities. You'll be responsible for all administration in relation to the ownership of vehicles, including updating various fleet databases. Management of the fuel card system & ordering new vehicle fuel cards, reporting and payment. You'll also be responsible for:
- Providing support on insurance administration and resolving disputes
- Supporting ordering new vehicles and monitoring, reporting and billing of work as well as the disposal of assets
- Supporting the wider team, including providing reports and supplementary information
- Employee driving licence checks
- Scheduling vehicles for maintenance
- Managing the hires of short term vehicles and leases
Knowledge and Skills : To be considered for this role you'll need previous fleet experience. Excellent IT literacy, knowledge of Tranman or other fleet databases and the ability to interrogate it. You'll also need:
- Team Working, project management, time management, organisational skills and Health and Safety awareness
- Excellent communication with both customers and contractors
