**The Opportunity

Right Now Group are working on an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Customer Care Operator to join a fast-growing company specialising in fine art, design pieces, furniture, and antiques logistics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.

**What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing incoming customer requests, including providing quotes using a pricing algorithm.
  • Overseeing shipments, proactively updating clients on progress, and ensuring a seamless process.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Liaising with logistics teams (customer service, first mile, last mile, customs) to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.
  • Collaborating with the tech team to enhance internal platforms and customer experience.

**What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer care, shipping coordination, or the art market (or a strong motivation to learn).
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers (essential for handling quotes).
  • A positive, curious, and self-motivated mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Nice to Have:

  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics would be beneficial.
