Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and property projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Project Administrator You will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and exceeds customer satisfaction.
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Your ability to act as a dedicated liaison and operational site authority for issue resolution and general feedback will be critical to the success of each project.

- Lead and mentor site installation teams, promoting a positive culture to ensure vision and values are ingrained in daily operations
- Take full responsibility for the creation and management of project budgets and schedules of installation and program of works
- Ensure all projects are managed in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and processes
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in Administration
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, delivering on time and within budget preferred not essential
- Demonstrated success in developing strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
