My Client is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth of our organisation. You would be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering existing relationships and promoting our products.
The role involves understanding the company's products/services, market trends, and the competitive environment in a fast-paced environment to develop new business opportunities.
YOU WILL BE:
- Research and analyse the market for new opportunities.
- Source and develop client referrals through building strong relationships in the sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Make calls/connections to both new and existing clients (using digital & in person opportunities)
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain a customer database using our CRM.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Understand existing client needs and align them with our products/services for growth.
- Develop and sustain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Respond to sales inquiries and concerns.
- Actively generate and qualify warm leads.
- Identify prospects within the industry.
