- Follow supply strategy to optimise stock levels.
- Participate in S&OP meeting, to coordinate with various departments including sales and marketing.
- Implement supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct regular forecasts to anticipate product demand.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- Continually assess market trends and make necessary adjustments to supply chain strategy.
