Are you an Internal Salesperson with experience converting quotes into sales looking for an exciting varied role within an industry leading construction company who will give you the ability to climb the company, WFH and receive 25% bonus?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading construction company with nearly 300 staff. They are punching up against other companies who hold large market shares. They have a better quality product and they are making headway year on year.
The next steps from this role would be Senior Internal Sales, Area Sales Manager and then Sales Manager.
You role will involve converting quotes into sales. You will manage accounts ensuring that there is a high conversion rate. You will be expected to work towards KPIs, Upsell / Cross sell and nurture customers to maximise sales.
This role would suit an Internal Salesperson looking for their next challenge within a leading manufacturer, who will progress you through the ranks to management, offer you a 25% bonus and hybrid working.
The Role:
- Converting quotes into sales
- Nurturing and keeping in touch with accounts to maximise sales
- Fast paced work in a friendly office
- Monday to Friday role 8:30-4:30
The Person:
- Internal Salesperson converting quotes into sales
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proven record of hitting sales targets
