Internal Recruitment Consultant
London (Hybrid working)
3 Month Contract
£225 per day
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of an internal Recruitment Consultant on an initial 3 month basis.
This exciting role offers hybrid working, 50% office based and 50% remote working. Full training on their systems will be provided.
You will be managing around 30 vacancies at a time across all areas of the business.
Requirements:
- Direct Sourcing experience.
- In-house recruitment experience, or agency but aligned to a large client.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn to source candidates.
- Experience with applicant Tracking Systems preferably Taleo.
