Field Service Engineer
Job Description:
- Carrying out detailed diagnostics of reporting technical concerns relating to equipment performance, breakdowns and repairs. This will also include executing machine audits and training in the operation of the equipment
- Providing technical support and guidance to the UK and Northern Irelands both on customers sites and via the technical help desk
- Arranging and supporting the installation and commissioning of machines and additional hardware
- Working closely with Customers, Sales, Engineering and Operations to continuously improve and come up with value adding solutions for customers.
- Supporting the out of hours on call rota when required
Field Service Engineer
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Electrical qualification (18th Edition, HNC, C&G, ONC)
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous diagnostics/maintenance experience on special purpose machinery
