First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a contract Industrial Painter/Coating Inspector to join an established and growing company in the Edinburgh region for a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent. Our client is an international manufacturer, dedicated to defence industries world-wide.
You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, across the business premise, with a high quality of care.
_What's on Offer: _
- Circa £30/hr contract wage rate
- 37 hours per week, spread over 4 days
- Monday to Thursday work week, 7am to 5pm
- OT available at 1.5X minimal
- Can pay via Ltd, CIS or Umbrella
- 6-12 month contract with potential to go permanent
_Essential criteria, skills, experience and knowledge requirements: _
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimal of 2 years experience of Industrial Painting/Coating Inspection
- Prior experience working in a heavy industrial environment
- Have a minimal of ICORR Level 2
- Sole ownership of British citizenship and not hold citizenship/passport in any other country
- Not spent a solid block of 6+ months outside the UK in the last 6 years
- The ability to reliably commute to the site, preferably by car
