Totum Partners seeks a Revenue Controller for a prestigious law firm in Canary Wharf. You'll support partners and fee earners with Credit Control, WIP Analysis, and billing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting monthly debtor meetings
- Achieving cash collection targets
- Proactively engaging with clients and fee earners
- Assisting with cash allocation
- Monitoring client-to-bill transfers
- Ensuring compliance with SRA/AML rules
- Maintaining a log of credit control notes
- Reconciling payments and investigating errors
- Processing invoice payments
- Coordinating with Revenue Assistants
- Providing cover for team members
Ideal candidates will have:
- Revenue control experience within a law firm
- Influencing skills and initiative in issue resolution.
- Willingness to take initiative in issue resolution.
