Technical Project Manager

A leading RPA software provider is looking for a Technical Project Manager to work across multiple teams to ensure they optimise project delivery by running in house and customer facing projects.

Reporting to the COO and working closely with the CXO, CTO and Solution Architects, you will receive a salary of up to £50,000 (depending on experience), hybrid working (2/3 days in the office), free onsite parking, a casual dress code, company events and funded training as required.

As Technical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the planning and implementation of projects, running sprints.
  • Defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution.
  • Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Managing changes to the scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measuring performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Performing risk management to minimize risks.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring final quality assurance step has been implemented and verified by a Solution Architect.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a Project Management role
  • Knowledge and experience of C# or Python Development and SQL
  • Proven working experience in the same, or a similar role within the software and automation solutions industry, utilizing tools such as ClickUp, Jira and Trello etc.
  • Strong technical background, with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and hands-on experience in software development.
  • Experience communicating with customers or non-technical colleagues i.e. can comfortably translate non-technical to technical and vice versa.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management.
