- Deal with existing clients and respond to new enquiries
- Building on customer relationships to firm up renewed contracts
- Researching your competitor pricing to ensure you are top in the marketplace
- Aftersales business development with you contractors
- Sending out contracts and future changes
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, business development activities, and quotation outcomes.
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Experience for Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
