This manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team in Middleton. They are a successful business going through a lot of growth and now looking to expand the team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing customer service support to the sales team. This includes processing customer orders, providing quotes, updating information onto the system, supporting the sales teams with customer queries, updating customers with their orders and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within a customer service support role in a manufacturing business will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent communication and customer service skills and can build effective and lasting relationships. You're a bright and personable with a great work ethic. You're a team player and happy to help out as and when needed. You're a quick learner and IT literate.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an excellent salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience. You will also have access to a great benefits package including holidays, pension, free on-site parking and a bonus scheme.
