Financial Accountant
Office-based in Taunton, TA1
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum, DOE
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 9 AM - 5:30 PM
We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join a fantastic business based in Taunton. They have incredible benefits and are paying between £45,000-£50,000 for the right person.

What you will be doing?
- Oversee group accounts, statutory returns, deadlines, and group VAT returns.
- Conduct financial analysis of clients, suppliers, and competitors.
- Liaise with HMRC, Companies House, accountants, auditors, bankers, financial advisers, and other organizations.
- Support the FD in developing and delivering the organisation's financial and business strategy.
- Manage the monthly and annual financial reporting process.
- Reconcile the balance sheet.
- Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts.
What we need from you:
- Experience in a financial accounting role.
- Proven leadership and management qualities.
- Strong understanding of MS Office and finance systems.
- ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Excellent knowledge of transactional financial matters.
