Management Accountant - up to £60,000 DOE - Temporary 2 - 3 months +

Robert Walters are delighted to be exclusively partnered with this well-established specialist services firm based in Warrington. This company boast a brilliant team and flexible working environment. Due to the nature of this role, my client is seeking an experienced Management Accountant - somebody who has experience managing budgets/preparing management accounts for multiple businesses at once.
Key Duties:
No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role, but key duties will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, working to company deadlines
- Providing variance analysis and commentary
- VAT returns review
- Assisting senior management with the preparation of planning, forecasts and budgets
- Reconciling inter-company balances
- Overall review of invoices
- Weekly cash flow reporting
- Liaising with HMRC
- Line management within the finance team when required
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- External Audit assistance
Key Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience using Sage highly desirable
- Understanding of UK GAAP
- Advanced Excel knowledge
Key Points:
- This will be a hybrid role - 2 or 3 days in the office
- Start date 1st July - you must be available to start then and be available for the full length of the assignment
