MacKenzie King are looking for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to support a respected local business with excess workload. This is well suited to a great communicator with a strong background in transactional accounting that can hit the ground running as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices
- Raise customer invoices
- Administration related to sales ledger, purchase ledger and treasury
- Payroll administration
- Credit Control
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Work with suppliers and other teams to resolve invoice queries
- Support the assistant finance manager with weekly and monthly reporting
- Cover other tasks across the team as required
- Any other actions required by management
