Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice, ensuring all clients receive a personalized and luxury shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability.
- Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
- Excellent in providing customer service.
Offering:
- Salary up to £32/35,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
