Job Title NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - ROOFING PRODUCTS

Job Description

We are retained by a privately owned, global market leading manufacturer of specialist building products within the Tools, Roofing, Engineering and various other Industries. They are looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to assist in growing one of their specialist brands across the Roofing industry, ideally the candidate will be centrally based and have a knowledge of the roofing industry.

Our Client's products are highly innovative and competitively priced which along with their focus on customer service make them a great business to work for.

The Role

The National Sales Manager will have full responsibility of the Sales, Product and Market Development across the UK and Ireland.

Reporting to

Director

Key responsibilities

  • Business development of new market and distribution opportunities
  • To support Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Demonstration Events and Training Events Nationally
  • The ability to create a 12-month business plan for the brand within the market, in alignment with the global plan
  • Assisting with the marketing plan for the product/brand/route to market
  • To work closely with group senior management
  • To develop productive and strong business relationships throughout the Medium, Large, National Contractors and Maintenance Companies
  • Ability to manage and motivate sales team
  • Keeping up to date with all competitor activity and providing analysis as and when required

Qualifications required

Ideally, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in an external sales role with a proven track record

Location/Area NATIONWIDE (But a commutable distance from the East Midlands)
