THE COMPANY
A social impact agency, with a strong pedigree within the industry, working with the worlds biggest and most influential brands to drive social impact and transform young lives. They utilise purpose-led approach involves creating bespoke programmes and campaigns for leading brands, government entities and charities.
They are currently looking to recruit for an Associate Director on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
KEY DUTIES
- Lead on ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients and ensuring that client objectives are met
- Oversee and support on the delivery of strategic projects looking into delivering workshops, creating behaviour change models and other strategic tools and techniques
- Line management of two staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience undertaking projects involving kids and youth
- Previous experience developing and pushing more junior members of the team, helping drive progression
