Through prioritising relationships and getting to really know our children, they are able to understand them as unique individuals, ensuring the curriculum and teaching are well-matched to their needs.
The school is looking to take on a driven primary teacher on a long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK curriculum.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Implement effective teaching strategies that encompass active learning.
- Effective behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with learners, staff, and parents.
- Adapt to the changing needs of a diverse student population.
Requirements:
- Must have QTS.
- Proven experience as a primary teacher in a UK educational setting.
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- A positive outlook and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must provide 2 professional references.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply a new one.
