- Pay: £30 per hour for teaching sessions, plus additional paid prep time

About the role - Digital Skills Tutor:
As a Digital Skills Tutor, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive digital skills sessions to adult learners, including accredited and non-accredited courses. This role is ideal for a tutor with experience teaching digital skills to adults and a passion for community-focused work.
Key responsibilities - Digital Skills Tutor:
- Plan and deliver high-quality digital skills sessions in line with the curriculum and learner needs.
- Adapt teaching methods to support learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Provide individualised support to learners, addressing their unique challenges.
- Monitor and track learner progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Adult Community Learning team to contribute to curriculum development and share best practices.
Skills / Experience required - Digital Skills Tutor:
- Experience teaching adult learners in digital or ICT skills (essential).
- A strong understanding of community-focused work and inclusivity (essential).
- Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds (essential).
- Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one (essential).
