We are currently seeking a Mobile Repair Technician to join our Facility Management clients based in Nottingham. The role comes with a salary of £43,000 plus vehicle.
Responsibilities for Mobile Repair Technician
- Undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works
- Conducting PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
- Adjusting BMS systems.
- Perform mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
- Carry out minor installation work
Requirements for Mobile Repair Technician
- Building maintenance experience
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
- F-GAS 2079 CAT1
- Able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
- Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
