Sales Coordinator

Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join UK's largest specialist merchant, in the Fife area.

Full time, permanent role, paying between £27000 - £29000 + bonus

Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Mon to Fri

Key responsibilities:

  • Help the branch to develop and maintain new sales opportunities;
  • Pro-actively targeting both new and existing customers;
  • Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure the right products are delivered at the right time;
  • Engaging with external sales force, following up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner;
  • Utilise internal systems accurately;
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain sales records.

Ideal Applicant:

  • Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing / sales order processing experience would be desirable;
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver good quality customer service;
  • To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with good level of numeracy and IT skills.
