Macildowie has been asked by a very good client of ours to help them find an interim HR leader with experience of managing an HR Shared Service Centre or HR Shared Service team.
It's an exciting role in a dynamic business with draw down services for numerous entities/departments and a very active pipeline of HR projects. Because of the busy workload, a candidate with experience leading an HR team which delivers shared service solutions is a must.
The people this role will interact with are a great bunch with a unified value set which makes the environment a great (and busy) place in which to thrive.
The role is hybrid and will need some weekly on-site presence to make sure all the HR plates are kept spinning.
The role is likely to be employed on a fixed term contract at a pro-rata salary + benefits.
