In this role, you'll help shape the in-store experience by developing and implementing seasonal merchandising guidelines, ensuring our stores are optimized to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize retail spaces to maximize seasonal sales.
- Collaborate with merchandising and store teams on effective layouts.
- Maintain accurate store space counts.
- Analyse sales data to inform layout decisions and identify improvements.
- Conduct store visits to ensure layouts are effective.
- Work with brands to integrate new fixtures and fittings.
- Attend key events like conferences and seasonal briefs.
About You:
You have 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or space planning, with strong project management skills. You're detail-oriented, commercially aware, and a great communicator who can influence at all levels.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
