VACANCY: Data Administrator
SALARY: £24,000 rising to £25,000 after probation
LOCATION: Leigh
Our client is currently looking to recruit experienced data administrator to join the team due to continued growth. This is a newly created position allowing the successful individual to make the role their own.
You will be responsible for all data entry including adding new or updating existing data already held within the internal systems.
Main Duties will include
As a Data Administrator you need to have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, have working knowledge of Excel and other Word Processing Tools
- Collecting cost pricing from suppliers for items selected to feature in our range.
- Calculate sell pricing for items selected for year ahead
- Update and maintain sell pricing within the in-house database
- Update and maintain print pricing within the in-house database
- Update and maintain data when required within the in-house databases (website/portal etc.)
- Source and migrate data from different sources
- Collect, format and save data obtained
- Summarise and explain gathered data.
- Add data already done to multiple customer spread sheets and databases
- Explain data results to different audiences in a way that aids understanding
- Clean data within our in-house databases
What we need/ experience
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
- In-depth knowledge of database systems (training will be given)
- Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
- General administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Take responsibility for own actions
- Use a thorough and organised approach
