Business Development/Lead Generation Executive for a leading Global Technology Recruitment Business

Location: Remote (Work from home), open to candidates from any location worldwide that is interested in working the UK and Europe region.

Position Overview: We are seeking ambitious, self-confident and motivated Business Development/Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the technology or recruitment industry sector. As initially a commission only-based role, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial ongoing commissions based on the revenue generated from the clients you bring in, with an opportunity to transition to full time employment if you meet your targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client relationships who require technology talent in the USA.
  • Your initial responsibility will be to bring prospective new clients to our door, and we will train and show you how to invite them in and sign them as a client.
  • Once you have been trained, you will drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
  • Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within the technology or recruitment sector.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation: This role is commission only-based, with generous ongoing commissions paid on profits generated from new client accounts. There is potential for growth within the company, including the opportunity to become a salaried employee after 6 to 12 months of service, with the possibility of leading to a management position as Head of Business Development. Successful individuals may also be eligible for share options based on performance.
