Harmonic are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growth Creative Agency helping them with their search for their first Finance Assistant hire. The Agency specializes in content creation, influencer marketing, and consulting services and they currently work with countless industry leading brands seeing them grow exponentially in the last 5 years.
They have a great office space in the heart of London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby and are now looking for an eager Finance Assistant to join their sociable, collaborative team.
They're currently turning over around £8mill and are looking to significantly invest across Finance in the next 1-2 years. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop transactional skills whilst gaining commercial experience.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all things transactional, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping, The role offers significant commercial exposure, such dealing with client funds & monthly statements, and supporting on revenue to the wider business to ensure financial efficiency. This opportunity would best suit a confident individual with a strong work ethic, who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of the accounts payable and receivable processes
- Processing and approving invoices
- Approving staff expenses
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to establish process to ensure financial efficiency
- Being the first point of contact for any finance queries
- Assisting with cash flow forecasts and budgeting
- Support the wider business with various ad hoc responsibilities
What We Need to See (Essential Skills):
- 3+ years' experience of a Finance Assistant / AP / AR position
- Creative Agency / Media experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Team player with strong learning ambitions
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Central London / Hybrid (2-3 days WFH)
