As a Building Control Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that construction projects comply with building regulations and meet essential safety standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful completion of projects, helping to create safe and high-quality buildings across Manchester.

- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to verify compliance with building regulations.

Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Building Control Surveyor, ideally within the Manchester area.
- Class 3 qualification - essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of current building regulations and legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Building Control-related qualifications or certifications.
- Relevant degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Membership of recognized professional bodies such as RICS or CIOB.
