Job Title: Head of Conveyancing

Location: Altrincham

Salary: £50,000+ DOE

Reed Legal a delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable legal practice specialising in property law. Our client pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients and maintaining a supportive and collaborative work environment. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Conveyancing to lead their conveyancing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the conveyancing department, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Oversee all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, from instruction to completion.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients on conveyancing matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the conveyancing practice and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the department meets its financial targets and contributes to the overall success of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conveyancing.
  • Proven track record of managing a conveyancing team and handling complex property transactions.
  • Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
