Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense management.
  • Inputting and processing purchase invoices.
  • Credit Control.
  • Chasing payment over the phone.
  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure financial information by completing database backups.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • A firm understanding of financial regulations and standards within the property industry.
  • The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
