Accounts Assistant

A well-established UK business requires a proactive and attentive Accounts Assistant for their Glasgow office. Temporary to Permanent.

The Company

This business is undoubtedly one of the market leaders within their sector working on a national scale.

The Role

This company is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to add value to the finance team due to an increase in workload. The business require a candidate with a short, or no notice period who can start immediately with a view to a permanent role within 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Reconciling bank accounts on a daily basis
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure cash allocation
  • Processing receipts to the billing system
  • Processing credit card transactions
  • Supporting the wider finance team when required

On Offer

The role is paying £14-15 per hour and comes with flexible working arrangements.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:

  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience in similar, high volume, environment.
  • Solid time management and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude and approach
