Description
- Assisting with the preparation of accounts
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
- End to end accounts payable process
- Reconciliations
- Bookkeeping transactions
- Posting cashbook
- Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports
- Assisting with audit preparation and process when required

Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous experience within an end to end accounts payable role
- Previous experience with cashbook duties
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent numeracy skills
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
