About Us:
I am working with a client based in Nottinghamshire who are looking for a Graduate Draughtsperson. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career, working alongside industry experts and contributing to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop accurate designs.
- Modify and update existing drawings according to project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to optimize project outcomes.
- Support the design team in delivering project documentation on time.
Key Requirements:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Design, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and construction/engineering processes is a plus.
