Description

  • Responsible for overseeing student and residential apartments.
  • Managing day to day queries from both tenant and landlords.
  • Frequently conducting viewings ensuring full occupancy.
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer care and service.
  • Coordinating maintenance for properties, including with liaising with contractors and landlords.
  • Identifying and maximizing business development opportunities.

Profile

A successful 'Lettings Manager' should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in student lettings.
  • Strong customer service and team working skills.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and legal requirements.
