Contract & Compliance Co-ordinator Permanent Based in London Bridge (hybrid 3 days in the office that will go down to one day per week) Up to £37,000 per annum Ref: TA4628
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Contract & Compliance Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the London Bridge area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
- Conduct re-costing of current contracts and issue updated agreements to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare variation agreements, ensuring they're signed by authorized representatives and kept on record
- Accurately document all contract amendments in the ERP and CRM systems
- Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records and related documentation
- Take ownership of health and safety compliance, working to ensure the company adheres to all relevant regulatory and internal standards
- Regularly review and update health and safety protocols to reflect current regulations and company policies
- Conduct or organise audits, assessments, and reviews related to compliance as needed
- Coordinate with the Business Service Director to address and resolve any compliance related issues promptly
- Manage updates to internal systems as part of contract changes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and integration of contract-related changes within the organization
- Assist with the renewal of fleet insurance and co-ordination of MOTs to ensure all vehicles remain roadworthy and compliant
- Manage accident repair claims by liaising with insurers and co-ordinating necessary repairs
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of dashcams and ensure all vehicles are branded according to company standards
- Support tracking and documentation of vehicle maintenance schedules and incident reports
Key requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in contract administration, compliance, or a related field
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal communications
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with weekly in-office presence as required
