Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

Onsite: 3 days per week
Overview:
We are partnering with an exciting eCommerce business specializing in company formation. They offer a range of services including phone answering, managed live chat, virtual chat, chatbots, and comprehensive customer service solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead the content team of 4 writers, 2 videographers, and a senior copywriter.
- Manage weekly content meetings, coordinate with SEO developers, and oversee editorial processes.
- Enhance organic rankings through long-form blog articles (2,000 - 3,000 words).
- Develop and execute content strategies for all company and upcoming legal and accountancy brands, guided by the CEO.
- Oversee creation, editing, publishing, and proofreading of written and video content for blogs, newsletters, outreach, digital PR, and YouTube, ensuring high standards of grammar and SEO.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to optimize and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the SEO Director to test and implement content changes based on best practices.
- Write high-quality long-form and short-form articles on finance, tax, and company law.
- Refresh and repurpose content to boost organic performance across social media and YouTube.
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in content management and publication for digital-first companies with a focus on organic Google positioning.
- At least 3 years of experience in a content management or publication role.
- Proficient in writing long-form and short-form articles on both technical and non-technical topics.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
