Business Change Project Manager - Integrations / Applications - 2/3 days a week on site in Worcester
On behalf of our client we are looking for a business focused IT Project Manager who has worked on a range of integration projects previously following on from M&A activity. This role will encompass both the IT side (applications / platforms etc) but also the people & process side. Therefore they are not looking for an out and out technical project manager, this is more of a business change PM who has worked on IT projects and more importantly must have integration experience. This person will need excellent stakeholder management, and be comfortable managing third parties, as well as navigating change in the business and ways of working and the sensitivity that comes with that. Ideally we are looking for people who have worked across a range of industry sectors.
Experience:
- Experienced business facing IT PM
- Must have worked on a number of and recent integration projects (essential)
- Any experience to applications / platform migration projects useful
- Multi sector background
- Excellent stakeholder management
- This role is 50% of time on site (2 days / 3 days per week) so being based locally would be useful but not essential if travel is fine
